Below are a few suggestions of the things to do while on the North shore of Kauai.

Swimming, surfing, and boogieboarding are the best right in the front yard. HANALEI BAY!

    This white sandy two-mile wide horseshoe shaped bay is a great beach to relax on or play. Rent a board at Hanalei surf company or take a surf lesson with Hawaiian surfing adventures located right in Hanalei Town.

Hiking is unbelieveable just 7 miles North on  the KALALAU TRAIL!

   Rated a # 10 for difficulty, this Kalalau trail covers the unaccessable portion of the island, the Napali coast. The whole trail is 11 miles long, but a shorter hike to beautiful waterfalls can be done in one day.

Snorkling and diving are popular at the following beaches: TUNNELS, KEE', SECRET, and ANINI BEACH!

    All these places have reefy bottom for the fish to hangout in.  Peddle and Paddle in Ching Young Village can set you up with snorkle gear.

Kayaking and canoeing is a blast on HANALEI RIVER and on the ocean.

A helicopter tour definitely orientates you to the island of Kauai and has breathtaking views of everything. Princeville airport offers great tours.
